     When you don't have it, when you're not on, your opponents can smell it.  Don't expect them to show you mercy.  Learn to expect YOU to change the situation.  To regain your composure you have until your coach loses faith in your ability to regain it.  Sure your coaches and teammates will do all they can to help you, but YOU are responsible to make it happen.  
     Know thyself!  In addition to knowing the game situation, you need to know how YOU fit into it.  How do you usually react to what is happening?  How do you get yourself back to your best?  

 Baseball builds character; be part of the construction crew.
