Defense  

     Everyone on the team should be familiar with every position because "you never know where you might be needed."  Notice that there are 10 positions on this defense list, not just the 9 fielding positions.  Whenever you are not on the field it doesn't mean you're not an important part of the team, so you should be in the game mentally and spiritually, not to mention emotionally, to help your teammates no matter which of the 10 positions you currently fill.
