Base Coverage on Outfield Hits

     Below is a list of pages that will show what each defensive player should do for the given situation.  It will show that every player has a job to do for the team on every play.  Review everyone's position.  You never know where you might be needed.  Also, being familiar with all of the positions will make you better able to help a teammate who finds himself in an unfamiliar position.  Talk to each other on every play about what you each need to do even if you all know what to do.  Also remember to look to the dugout before each pitch, because your coaches may call for modifications in any situation.  Learn the signals.

We would ignore the lead runner unless there is a play at the plate, so consider the assignments based on where the second runner is.
